Voluntariado universitario en ONGs

The development of the Spanish economic crisis, that has provoked fast jobs destruction, has generated new necessities among people. The lack of economical resources in NGODs makes using volunteers to develop their projects as an essential tool. In addition to the last reasons, the labour market is gradually more competitive and some people use volunteering as an opportunity to train and acquire labour experience that could be useful in the future to obtain a job (or a better one). With this study we try to analyse the profile of volunteers in Huelva from the analysis of the student’s participation in different volunteer activities. The conclusions could give us the possibility of designing actions for increasing awareness in people at the university.
