VINCULACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA: Un concepto para el fortalecimiento de los Sistemas Nacionales de Innovación (SNI)

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the importance of the concept of technological linkage (“vinculación tecnológica) as science and technology activity needed to improve Research, Development and Innovation (R + D + i) on National and Regional System of Innovation (NSI and SRI), in particularly in countries that require endogenous planned impulses of technological promotion to develop their own innovation processes. It’s highlighted the importance of science and technology for growth economic regions and therefore the need to strengthen the links that compose it, specifically units of technology linkage (“Unidades de Vinculación Tecnológica”). In relation, they discuss some critical factors for the development of these units in the Argentina.
