For decades the craftsman and the designer had worked separately. There was no real interest of either party in achieving communion or some common benefit. This paper tries to establish a methodology in the teaching of the design in the craft that promotes a syncretic participation or parallel conjunction between the "Knowing To Do" of the Craftsman and the "Knowing What to do" of the Designer.
