Un retaule-tabernacle gòtic a Santa Maria de Cap d\'Aran (Tredòs, Val d\'Aran)

This article is an approach to the remains of a Gothic tabernacle-shrine discovered in the church of Santa Maria de Cap d’Aran (Tredos, Naut Aran, Lleida) on 2014. The fragments preserved are from a type of liturgical furniture well known in Europe, but which few examples have come down in the Iberian Peninsula. The research has been performed to confirm also that this tabernacle-shrine was chaired by a wood carving with the representation of a saint deacon, now kept at the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya. The style of this sculpture, similar to the so-called «group of Comminges», and some details of the polychromy of the tabernacle-shrine, let us conclude that the realization of this type of liturgical furniture could be done by the same workshop, and this incorporates a new element to value the versatility of artisans who were part of the group.
