Turquía y Cuba. La coronación de una nueva era de relaciones

Following Davutoglu’s guidelines, Turkey formed new routes on international policy field and enhanced those new routes with humanitarian and development aids, exploiting the cultural element and the religious dimension. Policies directed also towards Latin America and Caribbean region, including Cuba, with the aim of strengthening strategic ties.
