The Representations of Power and Sovereignty in the Kingdom of Hungary and the Spanish Monarchy in the 16th-18th centuries - La representación de la majestad en las monarquías de Hungría y España bajo la casa de Austria: arte e historia cultural (siglos XVI–XVIII)

The conference focused on the representation of power and sovereignty of the two branches of the House Habsburg in the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. The dynasty had a huge impact on the history of both regions. Therefore, we tried to put together the programme of the conference with the special aim to have such a deep view of multiplicity of periods and tematics regarding the history and the political communication of the House Habsburg as it is possible.
