SUPEREGO E SUPREMACIA JUDICIAL NA JUSTIÇA CONSTITUCIONAL SUPER-EGO AND JUDICIAL SUPREMACY IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

This paper intends to shows the phenomenic superposition of Judicial Supremacy and the origins and functioning of human superego under the Unconscious. Therefore intends to answer the following questions: a) what is the relation between judicial supremacy and superego in the configuration of the Constitutional Courts; b) the contribution of Judicial Courts to the constitutional revolutions? c) what justifies or legitimizes judicial supremacy under comparison to the classical tripartition of powers? This theoretical effort, in order to undertake a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the topic discussed here in, part of inter and transdisciplinary paradigms, concerning in particular Jurisprudence, Political Theory and Freudian Psychoanalysis. Finally, it will make the appointments to the process of legalization of politics, showing congruences and oppositions between the two phenomena, namely, Politics and Law.
