SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROBLEMS OF RURAL EMPLOYMENT IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the economic issues of rural employment. The main trends of the economic activity for the population of rural areas of Ukraine during the period 2000-2012 yeas and the main issues of hindering the employment have been investigated. The recommendations for guarantee of rural employment and favourable conditions for retaining the rural skilled employees have been developed.Keywords: labor market, human resources, economic activity, employment and unemployment.
