OBSERVATIONS:-As per 1991 and present 2011 census male dominance is found to be same ratio it was increased but it didn't reduce, so there is a need to work on the progress in improving female working population. The employed females are mostly found in agriculture and weaving Urbanization is natural and inevitable out-come of industrialization of any city, town or region. All the industries are located outside the municipal limits, which fall under the Mangalagiri Mandal. These are located in the surrounding villages like Atmakur, Kaza, Navuluru, and Yerraballem. Once an area is industrialized, it gets urbanized and rural life based on agriculture becomes secondary in dominance.

As per the census data from 1991-2011 there is no much change in the work force pattern. It was due to migration of male population from mangalagiri to other places.
The increase in employment opportunity is only proportionate to increase in population. Thus the rate of increase of employment opportunity must be more than rate of increase of population.
Chance of work opportunity increasing in a linear manner.

INFERENCE
The above charts are representing the general living condition of the people in the zone.
70% of population have their own houses it states that the permanent population in Mangalagiri is more and the migrated people are less.
23% of population doesn't have proper toilet facility it shows that the people are economically backward. And it also accounts the safety of women which should be sorted out.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Adopting new technologies in the field of agriculture, in turn reducing the labor force and increase the production of the field.
By increasing the wages of working labors and introducing agro tourism in this particular zone the migration of labor from cultivation to other sectors and also migration of people to other places due to lack of employment will reduce, which there by increases the work participation rate.
To increase the female work force, all the programs like SHG, female welfare programs etc., should be improved and required programs have to be implemented.
