Is Social Pedagogy an area of knowledge, a professional practice, a research field, or all of the above? How is Social Pedagogy understood in different parts of the world? Are there some shared conceptual approaches, normative values and working methods? This seminar will address these questions by presenting the main findings of a study on Social Pedagogy as a discipline, as a profession and as a practice from an international and comparative perspective.
