Sobredotacion en jóvenes universitarios Una aproximación teórica al constructo

Resumen Esta investigación tiene como objetivo, realizar un aproximación teórica al constructo de sobredotación en jóvenes, a partir de la comparación del concepto de sobrecapacidad intelectual con otros términos similares, la explicación de las teorías de inteligencia más relevantes en los últimos dos siglos y la revisión de la fundamentación legal Venezolana y de Organismos Multilaterales que hagan referencia a la condición especial de sobredotación, basados en autores como Gagné, Stenrberg y Renzulli entre otros, para ello se aplicó una metodología analítica, documental y descriptiva. El resultado se traduce en la construcción de un concepto de altas capacidades intelectuales, con el cual podemos generar una discusión y estrategias que incidan en la inclusión y en la atención especializada de estos jóvenes. Abstract This investigation has as a main objective, to do a theoretical approach to the giftedness construct in young students, from the comparison of the intellectual high abilities concept with other similar concepts. The explanation of the more relevant intelligence theories in the last two centuries and the review of the Venezuela legal ground, and Multilateral Organisms that make reference to the giftedness special condition, based on theories from Gagné, Sternberg and Renzulli, among others, for this was applied an analytical, documental and descriptive methodology. The result was the construction of a concept of intellectual high abilities with which we can generate strategies and discussion that affects the inclusion and the specialized attention to this young students.
