AIESEC Introduction 1. AIESEC Overview: • AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for- profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. • Our Vision is “Peace and Fulfillment of humankind’s potential”. We believe that we can achieve our Vision by creating the international platform to discover and develop the leadership potential inside each individual to make positive impact on society. 2. AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City • AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City (AIESEC HCMC) is the first local chapter (LC) of AIESEC in VIETNAM in 2006. As a very first member, AIESEC HCMC proudly provided the first exchange program for youth as well as hosted the first AIESEC Vietnam National Conference 2007 in Vung Tau City. 3. Team Member Program 1. Introduction • A Team Member Program (TMP) is one of the most crucial ways in which you can start on your path towards leadership development. In this phase, you will be introduced to a practical team experience, gain your access to a global network and engaged in practical hard skills development projects. 2. Benefits With this program, a young person gains access to AIESEC’s value-based platform, and he or she experiences: • A practical team experience • Practical hard and soft skills development • Access to a global network • An entrepreneurial and responsible attitude towards being a better leader TMP participants can have different types of practical team experiences, such being a part of a project team, a functional team, the organizing committee of an event, or an executive team of a an entity. 3. Duration • 8 – 52 weeks

*Note: You will become an official member of AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City only after passing 2 months of Probation Time.

Who can apply 6 • Students who are currently 1st, 2nd and 3rd year ones in Ho Chi Minh City AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City: University of Economics, Hoa Sen University, University of Law, University of Pedagogy, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Science, International University, Eastern International University, Vietnamese - German University… AIESEC FTU Ho Chi Minh City: Foreign Trade HCM City University, University of Economics and Law, FPT University, Banking University, Open University, HCM City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology… AIESEC RMIT : Ton Duc Thang University, RMIT… The rest of the universities in Ho Chi Minh region are not allowed to apply but will be allocated randomly to one Local Chapter. Students from other LCs cannot apply for AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City. 3. How to apply • Candidates must read Team Member Program booklet including the instruction of selection round, Job Description of all positions. • Candidates must fill in all questions in this online application form: http://bit.ly/winterrecruitment2015 • An application form in word format is also included for your reference, but we only accept online application form. • Deadline for submitting the application is at 11:59 PM, December 17th , 2015.

Sales 1. Job Description • Do make research to look for potential partners in business/NPO/NGO net work • Develop products & creating proposal • Offer AIESEC internship program (Global Citizen & Global Talent Program) to business/NPOs/NGOs, by contacting them via phone call and email; meeting and following up for partnership agreement. • Facilitate the delivery of interns/services to companies/NPOs/NGOs • Get feedback and assist companies to evaluate interns’ performance • Take part in networking events to build up and broaden AIESEC network • Follow-up partners for long term cooperation

Sales 2. Matching & Service 1. Job Description • Recruiting international interns to work for companies/social projects in Vietnam by conducting online interview • Keeping in touch with interns • Facilitating the delivery of interns to companies/NPOs/NGOs/social projects of AIESEC HCMC • Supporting companies/NPOs/NGOs and interns in internship preparation • Supporting intern’s integration by finding house/host, intern buddy and holding activities/events for interns

• Assistance for companies and interns in process of evaluation forms filling • Follow-up after internship

Finance 1. Job Description • Budgeting: Planning, Consulting, Controlling budget, as well as reporting and reviewing budget at the end of each events, months, quarters and years • Tools, Financial resource and document management: Standardize, revise and implement the operational budget template, the process, policy, tracking tools between Finance and the other functional teams. Furthermore, Local Chapter house management, document management and Price list building are the tasks of Budget Manager • Finance education: Training Organizing Committees, Local Chapter about Financial knowledge: Local Chapter Finance policy, Finance tracking tools, Financial report

Event Organizing 1. Job Description • Needs assessment: Conduct research to define customers needs • Content building: Contribute your ideas to build up a project, Plan and arrange timeline for events inproject, Building event content

• Delivery: • In iGCDP Projects: Recruit international interns for project and take care of interns in terms of getting used to Vietnamese cultures, Work with interns to finalize events' detailed-content, Executing events • In OGX Projects: Hold events for exchange promotion, Set up and prepare for recruiting Vietnamese students to go for Exchange, Hold events to prepare for Vietnamese students taking exchange, Be buddy of exchange participant (EP), support EP while EP is in other country, Executeevents as planned • Evaluation: Review and do reports to conduct knowledge, materials and feedback storage

1. Job Description • Establish, maintain and capitalize on the communication channels

• Coordinate promotion campaigns related to events, recruitments, projects and annual conferences • Do market research and implement the brand strategy and marketing plan

• Manage knowledge and information • Protect external and internal AIESEC Brand • Ensure the maintenance of internal communication and information cycle • Deliver education of members on communication, branding and information management
