In this paper is shown two fuzzy systems using the Tagaki-Sugeno (T-S) inference method to be integrated into a launcher of fixed wing micro-UAVs in order to be oriented in two axes; a PD like fuzzy logic controller and a Close Loop controller are developed here. In addition is discussed the state of the art of UAV's launchers and the use of Un-manned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in the monitoring of large green areas, for deforestation, farming and agriculture. The results are shown in simulation with Simulink/Matlab® for the activation of two hybrid bipolar step motors.
