Sir Ivor Richardson: A Tribute

The Rt Hon Sir Ivor Richardson, former President of the New Zealand Court of Appeal, and Chair of the Editorial Board for the New Zealand Journal of Taxation Law and Policy, passed away on 29 December 2014, aged 84, after a short illness. Indeed, Sir Ivor launched the New Zealand Journal of Taxation Law and Policy in 1995 along with its sister publication, the New Zealand Business Law Quarterly.
