MARCO TEÓRICO

La simulación digital o computacional es una técnica que permite imitar en un ordenador el comportamiento de un sistema real o hipotético según ciertas condiciones particulares de operación. Una simulación por computadora trabaja por medio de la construcción de modelos que representan la realidad, de tal modo que puedan ser interpretados por un ordenador.

Aunque la simulación digital es una técnica relativamente reciente en constante evolución, el uso de la simulación como metodología de trabajo es una actividad muy antigua pero que recientemente ha adquirido una importancia muy relevante para la solución de problemas ya que cubre un campo interdisciplinario muy amplio, es usual encontrar aplicaciones en ingeniería, economía, medicina y otras ciencias.

Una simulación trabaja sobre un experimento o proceso de carácter repetitivo, con el fin de verificar y comprobar una teoría o hipótesis, cuyos resultados están sujetos o influidos por azar.

Para poder introducir una simulación digital práctica, debe previamente especificarse que se entiende por sistema y otros conceptos que se detallan a continuación.

Un sistema puede definirse como una colección de objetos o entidades que interactúan entre sí para alcanzar un cierto objetivo.

MARCO CONCEPTUAL

La simulación consiste en generar aleatoriamente mil datos por calculadora con el objetivo de relacionar estos resultados con los posibles eventos en la simulación de lanzar una moneda al aire y obtener Cara o Sello respectivamente. La metodología para llevar a cabo la simulación es relacionar los datos aleatorios cuyo primer digito a la derecha de la coma del decimal sea 0, 1, 2, 3 y 4 con el equivalente al lado “Cara” de la moneda y aquellos datos aleatorios que su primer digito a la derecha de la coma del decimal sea 5, 6, 7, 8, y 9 sean equivalentes a “Sello”, como se ilustra en la tabla 1 a continuación.

Se define el espacio muestral como S, que es una parte especifica de una población la cual se analiza y estudia estadísticamente. Este espacio muestral se divide en dos variables para uso de la simulación. 𝑆 = {𝐶𝐴𝑅𝐴, 𝑆𝐸𝐿𝐿𝑂}

Un evento es un subconjunto del espacio muestral, para la simulación se definen los eventos A y B de la siguiente manera: 𝐴 = {𝐶𝐴𝑅𝐴} 𝐵 = {𝑆𝐸𝐿𝐿𝑂}

La probabilidad de que ocurra cada evento es de 0,50 ya que se tienen dos eventos posibles Cara y Sello como se presenta a continuación:

Los resultados aleatorios obtenidos por calculadora se encuentran ordenados según número de consecutivo, número aleatorio y su equivalente al lado de una moneda sea Cara o Sello respectivamente como se observa en la Tabla 2.

Al obtener una muestra de mil datos se dificulta analizar estadísticamente dato a dato, por lo cual se implementa la división de los datos por intervalos con una amplitud de 100 datos como se ilustraran en la tabla 4, de esta forma de mil datos analizamos 10 intervalos, lo cual facilita el cálculo de la esperanza matemática.

A continuación, se halla el error relativo se toma el valor de la diferencia entre el valor verdadero y el valor aproximado sobre el valor verdadero y posteriormente se multiplica por 100 para hallar el porcentaje de error.

CONCLUSIÓN

La muestra tomada para la simulación presenta un error correspondiente al 0,34%, lo cual refiere una pequeña desviación atípica de la esperanza matemática con respecto al valor verdadero.
