Sesgos modernos de un proyecto educativo: Mariátegui

ResumenEl presente trabajo intenta determinar el límite de la perspectiva marxista de las ideas de José Carlos Mariátegui. El mismo es reconocido por otorgarle importancia a la espiritualidad y a la psicología del individuo. No obstante, a pesar de defender una versión heterodoxa del marxismo, contiene la misma problemática que el ortodoxo: el cambio social sucederá, pues estamos dentro de un proceso histórico que opera dialécticamente. Mostraremos que la importancia que le asigna a la espiritualidad únicamente es reconocida de acuerdo al «mito marxista» y, en adición, que el reconocimiento de la dimensión psicológica en su obra es insuficiente. A propósito de la Reforma Universitaria de 1920, desarrollaremos dicho tópico en base al sesgo moderno de la fe en el devenir histórico y en la libertad. Demostraremos, en última instancia, cómo dicho sesgo desmedra el análisis de las condiciones para que un cambio social, como la reforma, ocurra.Palabras clave: Mariátegui, Marxismo, Psicología, Espiritualidad, Libertad AbstractThe following paper intents to determinate the limit of the Marxist perspective of José Carlos Mariátegui. He is recognized for giving importance to spirituality and the individual’s psychology. Nevertheless, in spite of defending an heterodoxical version of Marxism, his theory has the same problem as the orthodox: the social change will happen because we’re in a historical process that operates dialectically. We will show that the importance that he assigns to spirituality is only recognized according to the “Marxist myth” and, in addition, that the recognition of a psychological dimension is insufficient. In relation to the reform that was established to the public universities in 1920, we will develop this topic based on the modern bias of the faith in the Marxist historical transformation and in freedom.
