SEGUIMIENTO A LA PALABRA: APROXIMACIÓN A LOS EJERCICIOS DE MEMORIA Y REFLEXIÓN DE LAS AUTORIDADES ANCESTRALES INDÍGENAS EN LOS CÍRCULOS DE LA PALABRA

This work presents a reflection from the indigenous knowledge about categories like Territory, ethnic education and ancestral authority, under the key ideas considered by indigenous leaders and shamans from more than ten indigenous tribes in Círculos de La Palabra: a space in which indigenous authorities remember, evaluate, build and rebuild their own knowledge. This exercise was complemented with a photographic series which was taken during the fieldwork and the visits to the High mountain sacred sites in different territories of Colombia. Those visits given origin to the Consejo de Autoridades Ancestrales de Colombia in 2014. The article invites the readers to reflect on the origin thought, which is particularly relevant in the current discussion about Territory as an autonomous and sacred space.
