Retos en la construcción de la nueva agenda de cooperación de Colombia post-2015

This paper analyzes the process through which Colombia has structured its international cooperation scheme until now, considering the variations that have arisen in its legal andadministrative framework through history to understand how today the country is a pioneer in South-South cooperation. On one hand, it is wanted to find the initial motivations that led the country to create its policy of international cooperation. On the other hand, it is wanted to consider how the country is forced to consolidate its policy of international cooperation and thus to assess a third time impact on the internationalization of itsagenda becoming a leader in the region, due to this exogenous reasons. Thanks to this analysis, it is expected to show that before uncertainty of the negotiations and the implementationof the road map drawn up by the Juan Manuel Santos government in matters of cooperation, it is imperative for the country rethinking itself in those terms.Keywords: International Cooperation, Post-Conflict, Colombian Foreign Policy.
