The Mindfulness is the practice of the present moment, emotions or actions. This exercise is one of intentional concentration using sensory, auditory and visual elements (thinking) to achieve the state of focus. Recent studies indicate that meditation and / or "mindfulness" improves attention, self-regulation and mental performance. Specifically, studies show a positive impact on regions associated with attention. Other studies show changes in brain structure, specifically in the gray matter, leading to increased and allowing greater level of control in those who practice "mindfulness". We will do an analysis of the various findings.
