Religiões de matriz africana em perspectiva transformacional

Propõe-se aqui pensar as religiões de matriz africana nas Américas por meio de uma perspectiva transformacional. Para a realização da comparação, essa perspectiva sugere que o aprofundamento da empreitada etnográfica permite multiplicar versões das realidades vivenciadas que podem ser postas em contato e se iluminar mutuamente. O que se supõe é que cada religião de matriz africana coloca em relevo determinadas características presentes nas outras de formas mais sutis, enquanto potências nem sempre atualizadas.Abstract: The African-based religions of the Americas can be conceptualized by means of a transformational perspective. To establish comparisons, this perspective suggests that by deepening the ethnographic enterprise one can multiply versions of the experienced realities that can be put in touch and shed light over each other. What is assumed is that each African-based religion puts into relief certain features present in others in more subtle ways, as powers not always actualized.
