In the context of the early twenty-first century are latent new challenges and perspectives regarding relations between Latin America and Turkey, the two regions with great geostrategic value for the international market.Since 2013, it has raised​an approchement between the Turkish and Mexican States immersed in a Free Trade Agreement that maintains the intention to extend the swap space in several areas of action and education systems, among which is the academic landscape. Turkey-Mexican Foreign Affairs have found new points of action and cross focus/scope since seems vital for greater integration, participation and dissemination in a globalizad board. Mexico and Turkey seems to be seeking to expand and diversify its strategic relations board restructuring action and maintain assets to new stakeholders.
