Propuesta de ordenación territorial para el municipio autónomo Heres del estado Bolívar.

To realize a proposal of territorial ordination for the autonomous municipality Heres of Bolivar state, it is left of the project of plan of territorial ordination elaborated in 1998 for the state, it is used GIS like tool, what allowed to propose areas of the municipality for tourism, agricultural, mining and forest plantations uses, as well as a series of areas for multiplicity of uses, all this oriented toward harmonic development, excluding of all the uses proposals, the areas of very high and high environmental sensibility. This proposal includes the construction of a railroad between Ciudad Bolívar and Ciudad Guayana, as well as the projection of Ciudad Bolivar's growth, parallel to the Orinoco river and toward the east, instead of toward the south as it has been making it.
