Distinguido señor Presidente Dadas las evidencias científicas proporcionadas por grupos de vecinos de la ciudad de Chetumal (Anexo 1), y en virtud de la creciente preocupación pública acerca de posibles daños a la salud (específicamente daño cerebral) derivada de colindancia y vecindad con antenas ó torres de telefonía celular (anexo 2), los abajo firmantes, vecinos de esta ciudad capital de Chetumal, solicitamos atenta y respetuosamente que, en la próxima sesión de cabildo, tenga a bien agendarse el siguiente punto en la órden del día: Propuesta de Acuerdo de Cabildo: Se acuerda que, como medida precautaria, a efecto de evitar riesgos riesgos en materia de salud individual-familiar y pública, bienestar ciudadano, derechos humanos individuales y colectivos, niveles de protección civil, y preservación de medio ambiente; y como medio para cumplir la esencia de los planes de desarrollo urbano y ecología de observancia en este municipio, a partir de esta fecha las torres ó antenas de telefonía celular se construirán y operarán, tratándose tanto de zonas urbanas ó rurales de este municipio, única y exclusivamente en zonas en que no existan viviendas ó cualquier otro tipo de inmueble habitado ó frecuentado por seres humanos, en un radio de 200 metros a la redonda de ellas. Adicionalmente a la demás normatividad, federal, estatal y municipal, aplicable, que tienen la obligación de respetar,. este acuerdo deberá acatarse de inediato, tanto por las empresas públicas y privadas que participen del negocio de la telefonía celular, como de las compañías constructoras que contraten ó demás personas físicas ó morales que sean sus representantes, intermediarios, representantes, apoderados ó partícipes de ellas. Se dá instrucciones al Secretartio del Ayuntamiento, para que de inmediato noficique de este acuerdo a la Dirección de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecología. : Atentamente Ciudadanos Mexicanos, Quintanarooenses, Avecindados en la Ciudad de Chetumal, Quintana Roo Nombre
