Resumen La introducción legislativa del voto electrónico está condicionada al respeto de los elementos que configuran el sufragio como libertad subjetiva; es decir, debe ser universal, libre, igual, directo y secreto. Además, la dimensión objetiva de este dere-cho convierte en un " mandato de optimización " dicha introducción, si con ella se favorece su ejercicio.
