¿Perdón o justicia? El tratamiento de \"lo imperdonable\"; Forgiveness or justice? The treatment of “The unforgivable”

En contextos de violencia bajo los que se empieza a pensar una justicia transicional que dé lugar a la reparación y reconciliación; es necesario cuestionar las formas como se trabaja y se piensa el perdón: qué cosas son perdonables, o qué actores deben o pueden hacer presencia en un proceso de perdón. El presente artículo presenta aproximaciones políticas, filosóficas y religiosas que envuelven dicho concepto, y ofrece una mirada crítica a los retos de una justicia que debe hacer frente también a víctimas que ya han muerto.In violent contexts, where we think in a transitional justice that results in the reparation and reconciliation, it becomes necessary to put in question what is meant by forgiveness: what things are forgivable and whose should or can do presence in a process of forgiveness. This article gives account of political, philosophical and religious approaches that involve the concept of forgiveness, and provided a critical view of the challenges of a justice that is done in a setting where many of the victims have died away.
