ORÍGENES, DESARROLLO Y CONSOLIDACIÓN DE LA INDUSTRIA FARMACÉUTICA ESPAÑOLA (ca. 1850-1936

RESUMEN Las tendencias historiográficas en el campo de la historia económica e industrial vienen consi-derando, desde hace algunos años, el papel desempeñado por los denominados «sectores no líde-res» en el desarrollo industrial de nuestro país. En este marco, y teniendo en cuenta los condicio-nantes propios de esta industria: sanitarios, científico-técnicos y sociológico-profesionales, hemos tratado de perfilar las líneas maestras por las que ha transcurrido la industrialización farmacéutica española, desde sus orígenes, a mediados del siglo pasado, hasta el inicio de nuestra guerra civil. SUMMARY The historiographical trends in the economic and industrial history comes considering, for some years, the paper carried out by the denominated sectors non leaders in the industrial development of our country. In this framework, and keeping in mind the determining factors of this industry: sanitariums , scientific-technicians and sociological-professionals, we have tried to profile the guide lines for those the Spanish pharmaceutical industrialization has lapsed, from its origins, by the middle of last century, until the beginning of the spanish civil war.
