Omar EL KADMIRI CV - Research Associate on Computer Vision & Robotics

Omar El Kadmiri: Born in 1985, he graduated with B.Sc. in Mathematics, received his bachelor's degree of fundamental studies in Physics with specialization in electronics & computer science in 2008. In 2010 he obtained a Master Degree in Informatics Telecommunications and Imaging as valedictorian, and in 2014 received a doctorate in Physics; specialization: electronics and image processing from the faculty of sciences at Rabat, (Mohammed V University-Morocco). During his PhD preparation, he taught many tutorials and practical courses at Faculty of Science, Mohammed V University, and in 2016 worked as a lecturer at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Business. He supervised numerous final internships in public and private universities, and also ensured many trainings in the field of embedded systems.  His research works covers the fields of image processing, computer vision, especially the conception of omnistereo catadioptric vision systems, in addition to embedded systems, robotics and solar energy. Until 2016 he contributed to the publication of 8 journal papers, 6 conference articles, and one patent.  Dr Omar is co-author of more than 15 journal and conference papers, one patent and member of the Technical Program Committee of the British Journal of Applied Science & Technology and many IEEE conferences.  Currently he is a he is an associate researcher at Laboratory of Information Systems and Telecommunications (LaSIT) at Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Morocco.
