O NÃO CONHECIMENTO DO HABEAS CORPUS SUBSTITUTIVO DE RECURSO ORDINÁRIO CONSTITUCIONAL

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo destacar o papel do habeas corpus como garantia constitucional na proteção do direito fundamental de ir e vir, analisando, principalmente, eventuais limitações que este remédio heroico possa estar sofrendo quanto à restrição de sua utilização, notadamente em substituição ao manejo do Recurso Ordinário Constitucional. Abstract: This article has as object to emphasize the function of " habeas corpus " as a constitutional guarantee of protection of fundamental rights of locomotion, mainly, eventual limitation that this heroic redress can be suffering as the restriction of your application, notedly in replacement of the " Constitutional Ordinary Appeal " .
