Modelo matemático para la maximización de venta de piedra picada a Ciudad Bolívar y Puerto Ordaz, proveniente de cantera ubicada en la vía Palma Sola-Guri del estado Bolívar

With the purpose of formulating a mathematical model for sale maximization of crushed stone to Ciudad Bolívar and Puerto Ordaz, from a quarry located at Palma Sola-Guri road of Bolivar state, the variables that influence the problem were determined in order to build a model, making use of linear programming technique, which was implemented by means of Microsoft Excel®, making use of real data, being achieved as a result that proposed model recommends type and number of  truck that should be assigned in each route to achieve maximum benefits from sales; being possible with the results, to conclude that it is feasible to sustain in operation the studied quarry once the mine-mouth price, controlled without changes in the last two years by the government, be surpassed by crushed stone production costs.
