El modelo que se presenta surge de la elaboración de propuesta con respectiva cotización para la instalación de sistema de solar fotovoltaico en 65 casas del poblado Francisco May,  Municipio Solidaridad, Estado de Quintana Roo, México.  Cotización autorizada el 16 de noviembre del 2007, por Junta Directiva de Visión Energética S. de RLMI,  para ser presentada a la consideración de autoridades municipales. El modelo de cotización forma parte de la carpeta VEN de materiales de apoyo al entrenamiento sobre el trabajo, para administrar proyectos de innovacion tecnologica para el ahorro y uso eficiente de energia.
