Lecture given in the National Pedagogical University in Mexico, April 4th. From the comparison of two contrasted organisations dedicated to teachers training in mathematics (a small organisation developing over a long period, and a MOOC, targeting a large audience, over a very short period), the lecture aims to evidence the necessary features of teachers professional development programs: starting from teachers needs, based on the collaborative design of teaching resources, improving the quality of these resources by developing a reflective point of view on the process of design and use.
