Maito, Esteban Ezequiel - Corriendo el velo: La distribución funcional del ingreso durante el kirchnerismo

RESUMEN En el presente trabajo se construye de modo tentativo una serie de participación asalariada alternativa a la oficial para el período 2004-2014, dado que esta última habría tendido a sobreestimar la participación de los salarios, principalmente debido a que la variación salarial interanual implícita en la Cuenta de Generación del Ingreso oficial muestra importantes diferencias con las propias series oficiales de variación salarial, expresadas en las series del Coeficiente de Variación Salarial o el Índice de Salarios del propio INDEC. La participación asalariada, a diferencia de lo sugerido por la serie oficial, se habría mantenido estable hasta el año 2008, para luego mostrar un incremento sostenido que de todas formas la ubica diez punto porcentuales por debajo de los niveles oficiales. Palabras claves: Distribución del ingreso – Participación asalariada – Salario ABSTRACT This paper shows an alternative wage share estimate for the total economy different from the official for the period 2004-2014, since the latter tended to overestimate the share of wages in the economy, mainly due to higher nominal wage variations implicit in the official Income Generation Account. This account showed significant differences compared to other official series of wage variations like the Wage Variations Coefficiente (CVS, by its spanish name), or the Index Salaries. The wage share, unlike the official series, would have remained stable until 2008 and later showed a sustained increase that, anyway, kept it ten percentage point below official levels.
