Second complaint for same store in same month because they continue to engage in exactly the same kinds of discriminatory behavior. This complaint documents a PATTERN OF DISCRIMINATION at Lowe's Home Improvement, 1951 24th Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon. Other Oregon stores which have similar discriminatory practices are: Beaverton Home Depot and Beaverton Fred Mayer. Washington County Sheriff still does not provide equal access or services to those who do not use telephones for communication, which IMO is a huge security problem, not to mention a ripoff of deaf taxpayers. I file complaints when I accumulate written documentation as evidence of that discrimination. Here I have it. Two Sprint IP relay transcripts are attached as evidence, those are not edited at all and they are very recent (yesterday). This complaint exactly as it is published here was faxed already to the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC, Enforcement Division. All the ADA complaints published here are first submitted to DOJ in DC. It is my hope that those who have experienced the same exclusion and worse treatment when their money is just as green as talkers will see their experience in my papers here, come forward and file their own class action suits. I will not be doing that, but I will document every instance of discrimination for which I have written or recorded (video) evidence. It is becoming much easier to record it.Blessings from Aloha, Oregon
