\"Los silencios de la memoria chilena: la construcción de la memoria nacional en la transición a la democracia. Chile, 1990 - 2010\"

Resumen: El presente trabajo busca explorar la construcción de la memoria post-violencia política en el Chile de la transición a la democracia entre los años 1990 y 2005. Para ello, identifica la presencia de algunos silencios en el poder ejecutivo, el poder judicial y las políticas de educación nacional, como también agentes del olvido que han contribuido a ellos. Al mismo tiempo, se cuestiona la permanencia de estos silencios hasta nuestros días, en un país que aparentemente superó la transición y tiene un régimen político democrático estable. Astract: This paper explore the construction of memory in transitional Chile, between 1990 and 2005, after the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. To achieve that objective, is necessary to identificate the presence of some " silences " on government and congress, justice and national education policies, identifying as well oblivion agents, who had contributed with the position of those silences in the chilean society. At the same time, this study dispute the persistance of those silences till our days, in a country that apparently ended the transition and have now a democratic regime with institutional stability.
