It will therefore help the student on Expro to document the Expro experience and also help us get testimonials evaluate the exchange program. Exchange Policies Purpose IAAS members participating in the IAAS Exchange Program have to go through all the stages of the exchange process: Preparation, Integration and Re-integration.

The organization/farm/institution/university hosting a student on Expro shall provide a positive and secure working environment. Any violation of labour standards shall be treated according to the laws of the host country. Expro is a practical working and learning experience for the student to develop academic knowledge and professional skills. It can take place in any organization outside of the student’s country. The Expro must provide opportunities for learning. It must be of a level that offers opportunities to the member to apply their professional knowledge and skills. The member shouldn’t be treated as a source of cheap labour that can be given minor tasks most of the time. All IAAS Expros shall have a minimum duration of 4 weeks and a maximum duration of 1 year.
