Lieracy is creativity

Perhaps many of us believe that education system of this twentieth-century industrialism kills the creativity of students. This system focuses only on few specific subject and it rewards those who can follow the model and punishes those who thinks out of the box. Real life examples are out there for everyone to see like many business leaders of today's world. May be no school in this world teaches the students to dance or sing the way they teach them mathematics. But in that statement, there is a big loophole. Literacy and creativity go hand-in-hand. A literate person can be hugely creative too and many of the critics of the traditional school system is also a literate person like Sir Ken Robinson. Students expose to different sort of creative works from music to coding in school. Schools are sort of garden where students able to grow their mind and teachers are there to nurture them. Creativity also needs a structure to follow. May be this structure can help a literate creative person to come up with ten effective solutions for a problem out of hundred where an illiterate person may be can come up with ninety where most of them are ineffective.
