Las relaciones institucionales entre el estado español y las minorías religiosas: Prácticas, etnicidad y jurisprudencia. El caso se los musulmanes en Galicia

RESUMEN: Este trabajo se ocupará de la relación entre instituciones que tiene como protagonistas al Estado español y a las minorías religiosas. Nos centraremos en el caso musulmán en Galicia e intentaremos averiguar cómo el marco legislativo subyace o incluso determina estas relaciones y, si es así, en qué modo lo hace. Se abordará esta relación teniendo en cuenta también el concepto de " etnicidad " intentando averiguar si su construcción está relacionada en algún modo con esas relaciones inter-institucionales. Los diferentes modelos de tratamiento de datos étnicos serán también abordados y se intentará una aproximación a cuál podría ser el modelo más útil en nuestro caso. ABSTRACT: This essay seeks to reach a better understanding of the inter-institutional relation between the Islamic Galician Community and the Spanish State. I will try to inquire into the background law that supports or even determines that relation. This will be made keeping in mind the concept of " ethnicity " and trying to determine if the ethnic construction has something to do with-or even if it is determined by-those inter-institutional relations. There will be a revision of the different models of ethnic data collection and I will end up approaching the one which better reconciles in our case.
