Organic production in the world and in Argentina has to show significant dynamism in recent decades. Agrifood companies making alternative productions and participate in the foreign market have specific technological and market knowledge. These skills are not freely available and are acquired in interaction with other producers, marketers, agencies, scientific and technical state and / or private; creating collaborative networks. Networks allow access and share information and resources and contribute to overcome obstacles in the process of distribution and marketing. The aim of this thesis is to understand the formation, evolution and operation of various types of networks formed around the production and distribution of organic products in Argentina. Three case studies were taken: grains and organic meats (Organic Pampa); organic sugar (San Isidro) and organic honey (Coopsol). To study the process of forming networks the actor-network theory (ANT) was used, making the collection of information through semi-structured individual interviews players in each group. It was found that the most influential factors in shaping networks are the context, the characteristics of the actors before become network and the ability to define spokesman common problems. Also, it was found that the most important factors in sustaining networks are commercial aspects, production problems, the organization of joint work, the changing context, coexistence between organic and conventional production and the degree of compliance the agreements reached.
