BROMEC is the Bulletin of Research on Metal Conservation. It publishes online the latest worldwide research in conservation and restoration of metallic heritage artefacts, as well as information on forthcoming congresses, publications, a directory of national contact persons, etc. BROMEC was established to keep the community of conservators, restorers and the researchers updated on research activities between the ICOM-CC metal working group triennial meetings (the renowned “Metals” conferences). Since its simultaneous publication in French and Spanish its dissemination has increased, thanks to BROMEC’s dedicated emailing list and to the social networking sites (LinkedIn and Facebook), increasing the spectrum of professional subscriptions and downloads.
