La respuesta española al cibercrimen

ISBN 978-958-710-603-9.The author reflects on several aspects related to the use of new technologies in offences against property and economic interests: from an analysis of the techniques used by Spanish law when classifying conduct related to ICT, to a study of what it means which the criminal law sector dealing with new technologies includes in the so-called “Criminal law of the risk society”, including the concept of “cyber insecurity” or “cyber panic”, this means, the insecurity or fear associated with the use of new technologies, as a partly artificial problem that may hamper the expansion of electronic commerce and other services typical of the information society.
