LA POLÍTICA CRIMINAL EN EL MARCO DEL CONFLICTO ARMADO EN COLOMBIA

Crime policy in Colombia is not coherent with the factual framework of the internal armed conflict.Therefore exists an emergency crime policy in which improvisation of punitive populist policies contrast with the existence of systematic and widespread outrages against civilian population so as the normalization of criminal organizations within the social fabric.
