La obra escrita de Efraím Hernández Xolocotzi: patrimonio y legado

El presente ensayo tiene como finalidad analizar la obra documental del maestro Efraím Hernández Xolocotzi (ehx), a partir del trabajo realizado para reunir, digitalizar y subir a la red el texto completo de esta obra, tarea que coincidió con la conmemoración del centenario de su natalicio en 2013, por parte de la Universidad Autónoma Chapingo. Se analizan 425 escritos que forman parte del acervo de esta institución y de otras, nacionales e internacionales, haciendo énfasis en la diversidad temática de su obra, el calendario de aparición, las líneas de investigación-docencia, los aportes de su trabajo a las etnociencias, la agronomía, la antropología y la biología y, finalmente, el legado a las nuevas generaciones. La investigación concluye con un estudio bibliométrico que establece las relaciones entre temáticas, autorías y procesos de construcción de la diversidad documental en la que incursionó ehx = This paper aims to analyze the work of Efraím Hernández Xolocotzi (ehx). It is part of a project to collect, digitize and upload to the internet the full text of his work, a task which coincided with the celebration of the centenary of his birth in 2013, commemorated in Chapingo, Mexico with various activities. The four hundred and twenty-five documents included here are the heritage of this institution as well as other national and international bodies. The thematic diversity of his work, the dates of its appearance, research-teaching, the contributions of his work to ethno sciences, agronomy, anthropology and biology and finally, his legacy to new generations are emphasized. The study concludes with a bibliometric study to establish the relationships between subjects, co-authorship and textural processes in the documentary diversity that Dr. Efraím Hernández explored
