La influencia de los organismos internacionales en la formación de directivos en AL

Throughout the last four decades, the international organizations that work in the Latin American Region have promoted the adoption of several training and formal education models for the executive tiers of national governments. Doing so, these international organizations have molded the patterns of selection, formation and strengthening of Latin-American administrative elites. In this paper a discussion of these relationships is offered and the effects on several policies (public finance, poverty alleviation and public security) are analyzed.
