La Globalización produce efectos negativos en la realización de la mujer en el mundo laboral

ResumenEs interesante cómo se percibe en diferente puntos de vista los efectos de la globalización, ya que afecta en distintos sectores que la mayoría de las veces no se le da la suficiente importancia como lo es la desigualdad de género. La razón de esta investigación se hizo debido a que  la globalización afecta directamente al género femenino ya que se vive en una sociedad patriarcal. En la actualidad, en México hay desigualdad de género en el entorno laboral. En las empresas mexicanas así como también en las maquiladoras existe abuso, explotación, inequidad, falta de oportunidades, tercerización de  trabajo y desigualdad de salario. Las empresas deberían de analizar con mayor intensidad como la mujer se desarrolla en sus puestos laborales. Deben reconocer que existen mujeres altamente capacitadas para cualquier puesto, su capacidad de crecer en el trabajo debería ser medida por su inteligencia y educación.  Por lo contrario, para el hombre es más fácil obtener más  oportunidades  laborales y un mayor salario solo por el hecho de ser varón. La investigación se basó en libros impresos los cuales demostraron una perspectiva tradicional de los  problemas de la globalización. Por otra parte, los recursos abiertos, papers, libros digitales recursos abiertos  los cuales estaban más actualizados. En estos, se evidenciaron distintos problemas en el trabajo, por ejemplo,  como lo es la mujer hoy en día lucha por ser exitosa en  y se enfrenta con barreras invisibles dentro del ámbito laboral. La mujer, al entrar al sector laboral en trabajos formales e informales, ha contribuido notablemente en la economía. Lo cual convierte al país más competitivo ante el mundo. The reason why this investigation was made, was because globalization affects directly the female gender since we live in a patriarchal society. Nowadays, there is gender inequality in the work environment. In Mexican companies and maquiladoras there is abuse, exploitation, inequality, lack of opportunities, outsourcing, and wage inequality. Companies should analyze in detail how women perform in their working positions. Women should be recognized by the fact that they are highly qualified to obtain any position at their job, their ability to perform should be based on their intelligence and education. In contrast, it’s easier for men to get job opportunities and higher wage just by the fact that they are men. This investigation was based on printed books that were used to gather the traditional perspective about problems of globalization. In the other hand, internet resources, eBooks and journals, were used since it had more updated information about the topic. In these resources was evidenced the fact that there are different conflicts women are facing at work, for example, women nowadays struggle to be successful and faces invisible  obstacles inside work environment. As women enter the labor sector, either in the formal or informal labor, they had contributed substantially to the economy. Therefore, it makes the country enter into a more competitive world.
