It takes the complexity of the crisis affecting the Chilean public education, emphasizing its relationship to the problems of social inequality that affect the country for decades, and how this situation has resulted in problems of guidance and leadership of the education system at various levels, which seeks to solve a policy of governance, ad hoc new institutions that account for this lack of focus and three central aspects of the system substations education issues: The great social inequality that gravitates greatly on the performance results, migration of students from public funded system, essentially the most vulnerable, and severe inequalities in resources and opportunities that characterize the local educational systems.
