LA FUNDACION DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE BUENOS AIRES COMO ACTO EMANCIPADOR.

Resumen: Este es  nuestro  homenaje al Bicentenario la Independencia de las Provincias Unidas en Sud América, estado antecesor de la República Argentina. En el postulamos que la creación de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, en 1821, fue un hito en el proceso emancipador iniciado en 1810 y proclamado en 1816. En su desarrollo referiremos brevemente los antecedentes en los tiempos de la Ilustración en el Virreinato del Rio de la Plata para pasar luego a la vida del Precursor y co-fundador Dr. Antonio Sáenz, concluyendo con las características y circunstancias la naciente universidad.Palabras claves: Argentina. Buenos Aires.The founding of the University of Buenos Aires, as emancipatory act.Abstract: This is our tribute to the Bicentennial Independence of the United Provinces in South America, state predecessor of Argentina. In the postulate that the creation of the University of Buenos Aires, in 1821, was a milestone in the emancipatory process initiated in 1810 and proclaimed in 1816. In its development history referred briefly at the time of the Enlightenment in the Viceroyalty of Rio de Plate before moving on to the life of the Precursor and co-founder Dr. Antonio Saenz, concluding with the characteristics and circumstances nascent university.
