During the excavations of the 2001 campaign carried out in the area 3 of the Celtiberian town of Segeda I (Mara, Zaragoza) a set of materials which date from before 153 BC, when Segeda was destroyed by the army of the Roman Consul Nobilior.In this paper we present a preview of the study of the most sifnificant ceramic materials of the Iberian technique crockery (typology and productions), as extension area of the town; this way we intend to show the methodology used fo the study of pottery of the Celtiberian site of Segeda I
