Intermediación laboral en la agricultura pampeana argentina. Trabajadores asalariados y contratistas

Este artículo estudia las singularidades de la intermediación laboral en la agricultura pampeana argentina. Se analiza cómo y por qué el contratismo de maquinaria agrícola constituye una forma especial de intermediación laboral entre los sectores dominantes del capital y los trabajadores asalariados del sector. El estudio de fuentes de primera y segunda mano demuestra que: a) la mayor parte de la producción agrícola pampeana está con-centrada por grandes capitales; b) típicamente, esos capitales apelan al sistema del contratismo para organizar el trabajo productivo; c) la mano de obra predominante en las empresas contratistas es asalariada; d) la relación entre esos grandes capitales y los trabajadores asalariados se opera mediada por firmas de contratistas. Por último, se analizan las implicancias de este régimen sobre los trabajadores agrícolas, en términos de disciplina-miento laboral.(This article studies the singularities of labor intermediation in the pampas agriculture, in Argentina. It is analyzed how and why custom work constitutes a special way of labor intermediation between the dominant sectors of capital and the agricultural workers. The study of primary and secondary sources demonstrates that: a) most of the pampa's agricultural production is concentrated by big capitals; b) these capitals appeal to the custom work system to organize the productive work; c) the predominant workforce in the custom work companies is waged; d) the relation between these big capitals and the waged workers is developed through custom work firms. Finally, there are analyzed the implications of this regime on the agricultural workers, in terms of labor control)
