II VENEZOLAN MUSICAL EDUCATION CONGRESS
Call for papers Research
In order to promote music education accessible, capable of forming individuals with attention span developing the ability to listen, listen Foundation, together with the Civil Association of Investment Promotion Lara State (PROINLARA), are pleased to call professionals, academics, researchers, students, and interested in presenting related contributions of research, teaching, performing, and / or anything related to music education that want to make their contributions to the selection process before the Academic Committee "II VENEZOLAN MUSICAL EDUCATION CONGRESS" to be held from 4 to 6 June 2015 in the city of Barquisimeto, Lara State, Venezuela.
Objectives II Venezuelan Congress of Music Education:
Promote the exchange of experiences between teaching and learning music professionals with various specialties who are committed to innovation and improving the quality of teaching.
Encourage the development of networks and learning communities to conduct exchanges between professionals and institutions in Venezuela and Latin America.
Promote research in different areas of music education and its relation to the teaching / learning of other artistic expressions
The Congress proposes the following lines of work to develop research projects submitted:
1. Human Development Music
2. Teaching
Music in the Context of Individual (Folklore, ethnomusicology)
4. Free themes
Modalities of participation:
Conferences and Workshops: Participation by invitation
Presentations
Posters
Interested parties who wish to enter their contributions to the selection process before the Academic Committee of the Congress must follow the requirements for publication set by the General Council of Organization and consider the following guidelines:
Abstract submission via email will be open from January 15 to April 15, 2015 until 23:59 hrs. time Caracas, Venezuela.
Those interested should send your resume to email: [email protected], 200 words in Spanish, in Arial 12 pt, justified and spacing of 1.5 for the content body. The file must be in .doc or .docx supported.
Confirmation of abstract acceptance will be sent by email no later than April 30, 2015. The proponents of selected contributions should send full text via the congress website before May 15, 2015 at 17:00 (Time of Venezuela).
Each author can only be the first proponent of a paper.
The decision of the Academic Committee of Congress is final
Authors of selected papers will receive information about the guidelines for presentations in Congress.
Selected presenters, once accepted and present their work at the event will be exempt from registration to participate in the Congress.
Selected presenters will get a ticket for the Closing Ceremony of Congress.
Speakers must cover their food, accommodation and transfers.

Deadline for receipt of accepted papers: May 15, 2015
Deadline for early registration: April 20, 2015
