How to destroy Putin’s “Evil Empire”

1) a coordinated and simultaneous uprising among the former republics of the Soviet empire 2) at on or about the same time, the detonation of a tactical nuclear device in the Kremlin and the headquarters of the FSB (more powerful than the usual “bunker buster’) 3) a simultaneous assassination of all the known FSB agents abroad 4) and perhaps most important, the simultaneous monitoring and elimination of the “true believers” among the elites—those who are fully committed to what they see as an almost sacred mission to resurrect the “glories” of the former Soviet Empire (as opposed to the mere “functionaries” among the FSB, those who are “just following orders,” like any functionary)—who will scatter like cockroaches once the above-mentioned scenario begins to unfold, to avoid a “Boys of Brazil” type scenario, where these true believers are able to escape and bide their time until an opportunity arises to start everything all over again.
